I was listening to the bluegrass station (on XM) this morning on the way to work. Imagine my surprise at hearing Chinese... something about bbq pork... and dancing all night... in Mandarin, nonetheless. The song was "Uncle Earl - Streak O' Lean, Streak O' Fat".
